Market Structure
Market structure is when the price of an asset creates a pattern of highs and lows in the market. The two forms of market structure are known as bullish and bearish. Bullish market structure is when price creates higher highs and higher lows. Bearish market structure is when price creates lower lows and lower highs.
Trend
A trend is the direction that price is headed. An uptrend is when the direction of price is going up and a downtrend is the when the direction of price is going down.
Support
Support is an area where there are buyers in the market. These areas are where traders execute their buy positions in anticipation that the price of the asset will go up.
Resistance
Resistance is an area where there are sellers in the market. These areas are where traders execute their sell positions in anticipation that the price of the asset will go down.
